Master Ballroom Dance Technique has evolved BEYOND what we started in the Indiegogo Project. The original concept of a single technique book grew—to encompass the breadth and depth of ballroom dance technique. To accommodate the expanded version, Master Ballroom Dance Technique was divided into three volumes, each to address a specific area of technique. Volume One is complete and in publication format. It is planned to be released to the public later this year, alongside the second volume (Partner Technique). The third volume is in the manuscript stage at this writing.

Yes, It Took a Long Time

A few years ago, the author started an Indiegogo effort to get the book off the ground. In the ensuing period, the author was confronted with family medical issues and the passing of people close to him. Unable to write, he decided to shut the project down. For the inconvenience that cessation might have caused, the author apologizes. 

With the project cancelled, the author refunded IN FULL the funds generously donated to the project. 

HOWEVER!

There were a few who opted to refuse the reimbursement, and believed enough in supporting the project. (There was also one whom we have not been able to reach.) 

To these generous donors, we would like to say Thank You! for believing in the project.

If you are one of the lovely people who donated the funds—despite the closing down of the project—please contact us (Contact Form). 

To show our appreciation, we would like to ship your Advance Reader Copy at no cost to you. As soon as possible. 

To receive your Advance Reader Copy, please provide us with the email address you used when you donated to the project (to confirm your identity, we have to match it with your email in our records) and an address where we can ship the book. Note that the book weighs approximately three pounds. We will notify you by email when your copy has shipped.

If you decided to keep your full refund and are now interested in the book, you can still get one copy at the original Indiegogo contributor price.

To show our appreciation, we will make the book available to you at the original price when you contributed to the project. 

When the book becomes available to the public (via our upcoming online store) you will be able to purchase your copy of Volume One at $75.00.

Discount Pricing for Volume Two and Three

Volume One will list at approximately at $140.00 when it is released to the general public. 

If you took part in the Indiegogo project, you will be given one-time use discount codes for use when purchasing the subsequent volumes. 

Regardless of what the actual list price will be when the volumes are released, you will be able to purchase your copy of Volumes Two and Three in the future each at a one-time special price ($75.00).
